The purpose of this module is to provide competency
based training in the efficient and effective
management of operations in manufacturing and
service organisations.

The aim of the module is to enable participants to
acquire and successfully develop knowledge, skills
and attributes associated with operational
efficiency and productivity improvement. These
competencies should enable and encourage
participants to maintain effective and efficient
delivery systems for quality products and services
that meet client needs.
