This is a pathway of the training program that leads to the completion of the Community Services Training Package CHC08 qualification CHC41708.
It is designed to reflect the role of team leaders and supervisors in the Education support services for Special Needs.

Entry Requirements
Entry requirements
To gain entry into CHC41708 Certificate IV in Education Support candidates require:
Sufficient validated experience in directly supervised learning support roles as an education support worker, child care worker, home/volunteer tutor or similar role to indicate likely success at this level of qualification
OR
Successful completion of a qualification at Certificate III level or higher in education support, children's services or a related area.
