Packaging Rules
Total number of units = Twelve (12)
- six (6) core units; plus
- six (6) elective units, of which:
- two (2) elective units must be selected from Group A

Specialisations
This qualification can provide for Specialisations. To achieve specialisation, the following additional packaging rules must be adhered to.
- For specialisation in Leadership, four (4) elective units must be selected from Group B.
