Description

Rationale:
This qualification is designed for waste driving job roles within the transport and logistics industry. Successful achievement of the qualification will require competence in units of competency that relate to the job role requirements defined as aligned at AQF Level 3.

Job roles:
The TLI33413 Certificate III in Waste Driving Operations qualification is aligned to the following defined role:
Waste Vehicle Driver.

Packaging Rules
A successful assessment outcome for a total of nineteen (19) units of competency comprising:
- twelve (12) core units
- at least one (1) licensing or industry unit relevant to the vehicle type applicable to the job role, listed below
- six (6) elective units from the general elective units list.

Alternatively up to two (2) units from the TLI10 Transport and Logistic Training Package or any other nationally endorsed Training Package or accredited training course, however, the elective units selected must contribute to the vocational outcomes of the qualification and align with the job role.

Where imported units are selected, care must be taken to ensure that all prerequisites specified in the unit are complied with.
