The purpose of this module is to provide competency
based training in order to develop effective skills
in the workplace and in managing customer relations.
This module is suitable for participants who have an
established work orientation and can perform
procedural and analytical tasks with a minimum of
supervision.
Some participants will come from workplaces where they have responsibility for
the performance of others.

The methods by which evidence of achievement of
competence by participants can be assessed must be
specified and provided to participants.
The demands of any assessment should be NO MORE than
required to demonstrate competency. Demonstration
requires assessment of the task or project during

information sought and the environment in which
assessment may be logically, safely and economically
conducted.
