ELECTIVE UNITS

Learner to select six units with at least two from one or more of the areas of the Tourism Training Package as specified:
Sales/Office Operations, Guiding, Tour Operations, Attractions & Theme Parks, Wine Tourism, Meetings & Events.

Remaining units may be selected from any relevant endorsed Training Package. Only one language unit may be counted as an elective within this qualification.

In all cases selection of electives must be guided by the occupational outcome sought, local industry requirements and the level of the qualification. Examples are listed in the following elective groups 2 to 7.
