Description

The Diploma of Conservation and Land Management reflects the role of personnel working in management positions with technical level skills in conservation and land management roles.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Packaging Rules
To achieve this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in:
- ten (10) units of competency:
- zero (0) core units plus
- ten (10) elective units.

Elective units must ensure the integrity of the qualification’s Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome. The electives are to be chosen as follows:
- at least four (4) units from Group A
- at least four (4) units from the remaining units listed in Group A or from Group B, or from the Prerequisite Requirements list if a unit is a required for packaging the qualification
- up to two (2) units, packaged in qualifications aligned to AQF level 4 or above, may be selected from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package or Accredited Course.
