CORE REQUIREMENTS
Learner to complete all Core Units from THH11097 Certificate I in Hospitality (Operations) - as listed below
PLUS competence must be demonstrated in at least two elective units from the FUNTIONAL AREAS from THH11097 Certificate I in Hospitality to a maximum of 125 hours.

ELECTIVES In addition to the two electives already completed for THH11097 Certificate I in Hospitality (Operations), at least four additional units must be selected from the following to a maximum of 170 hours (with at least two of these from a Hospitality Functional Area). Any units selected must be relevant to the occupational outcome sought and should be appropriate to the AQF level. Where the competencies involve the service of alcohol, the Unit E0010 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol must be included.
