ELECTIVES
PRODUCTION WORKER STREAM - Learner to complete nine elective units with 3 units from AQF 3 Plant Baking specialist set, 1 unit from the AQF 1 Plant Baking specialist set, a maximum of 5 units from the AQF 3 specialist or optional sets, a maximum of 2 units from the AQF 2 specialist of optional sets and a maximum of 1 unit from the AQF 4 set.

The Food Processing Training Package FDF03 should be consulted for a complete list of sets and units in each set, the AQF levels of units and for further information on packaging requirements. The Training Package should also be consulted for information on pre-requisite units.

This training program is a representation of the qualification code FDF30303 taken from the FOOD PROCESSING TRAINING PACKAGE FDF03 which should be consulted for a full description of requirements. FDF03 is endorsed until April 2006.

3. This qualification was entered on to the STARS by the METS CSSN on 3 February 2004.

4. This qualification was amended by VET Teaching & Learning on 21/4/06 to ensure that the packaging rules reflect those in the Training Package FDF03. Units FDFCORHS2A, FDFCORQAS2A and FDFCORFSY2A were deleted from Group 1 and the nominal hours for FDFCORHS3A and FDFCORQFS3A were increased from 35 to 60 and 90 respectively.
