Description
The purpose of this module is to provide competency
based training in the recruitment, selection and
induction of staff who will positively contribute to
the effectiveness and efficiency of the
organisation.
The aim of the module is for participants to acquire the skills, knowledge,
attributes and professional practices that will enable them to effectively
fulfil the staffing function. As part of a suite of generic management skills
modules it is not designed for the human resources functional specialist but
for first level line management.

competence by participants can be assessed must be
