Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a limited range of tasks on a variety of vessels in the marine retail, service and repair industry.

Packaging Rules
Total number of units = eighteen (18)- twelve (12) core units, plus
- six (6) elective units, of which:
- up to six (6) units may be chosen from the Elective Units listed below
- up to three (3) units may be chosen from a Certificate II qualification or above in this Training Package or another endorsed Training Package or accredited course, provided that the units chosen contribute to the vocational outcome of this qualification and do not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification.
1. Core Units
All twelve (12) units must be completed.
2. Elective Units
Six (6) electives must be completed, with at least three (3) chosen from the list below.
