Description
To encourage a commitment to life-long education, personal and professional
development and to train competent child care givers who:
-are able to provide quality care and education for children aged 0 to 5 years
and their families in a range of children's services setting
-are committed to the child care profession and can liaise with families, the
community, colleagues and other professionals in order to improve the profile
and quality of children's services
-will act as advocates, role models and resources for children, their families
and children's services.
